Appointments
Please be seated in the front waiting area promptly at the scheduled time of your appointment.  If you arrive late, you may be asked to reschedule or receive a partial service. We recommend that you book your next appointment before leaving so that we can accommodate your schedule.

Cancellations
In consideration to our other clients, please give 48 hours prior notice for cancellations.  If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, a $25.00 charge will be applied at the time of your next service, and you will be required to pay a $25.00 deposit to hold future appointments.  No-shows will be charged the full amount of the appointment and will no longer be clients of the studio.   

Payment
We accept cash, personal checks, and all major debit and credit cards.  Cash or check is the preferred method of payment.  Checks may not be post-dated.  In the event that a check is returned by your bank, a $25 fee will be charged in addition to the amount of the check, and we will no longer be able to accept checks from you as payment.

Refunds/Exchanges
Products may be brought back and exchanged within 30 days.  Your satisfaction is so important to us.  Changes will be full price if not discussed before your appointment is completed.
