All scheduling is done online.  When booking, you will be prompted to enter debit or credit card information.  Your card will not be charged unless you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.  See our Cancellation Policy below.  Please be seated in the front waiting area promptly at the scheduled time of your appointment.  If you arrive late, you may be asked to reschedule or receive a partial service. We recommend that you book your next appointment before leaving so that we can accommodate your schedule.

In consideration to our other clients, please give AT LEAST 24 hours prior notice for cancellations.  If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, your card on file will be charged for 50% of your booked service total.  No-shows will be charged the full amount of the appointment.  There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy, including illness, childcare, car trouble, etc.

We accept cash, personal checks, and all major debit and credit cards.  Cash or check is the preferred method of payment.  Checks may not be post-dated.  In the event that a check is returned by your bank, a $25 fee will be charged in addition to the amount of the check, and we will no longer be able to accept checks from you as payment.

Products may be brought back and exchanged within 30 days.  Your satisfaction is so important to us.  Changes will be full price if not discussed before your appointment is completed.
